St John the Baptist is part of the United Benefice of Totternhoe, Stanbridge and Tilsworth, known as the TST Benefice. The TST Benefice is part of the North Chilterns Group of parishes, comprising the Kensworth, Studham and Whipsnade parishes, and the parishes of Eaton Bray with Edelsborough and Dagnall.

Our normal Sunday services are at 9.15am.

Where there is a 5th Sunday in a month we meet with the other two churches in the TST Benefice to share a joint service.
